Infyni - Interactive E-Learning Platform Redesign
Complete UX/UI redesign focused on enhancing user engagement and learning outcomes for an innovative e-learning platform.

Project Overview
We restructured the platform architecture to reduce cognitive load, implementing a card-based layout system that adapts to different learning styles. Through iterative user testing with over 200 students, we identified and eliminated friction points in the course navigation flow.

Our Design Process
Starting with stakeholder workshops and competitive analysis, we mapped the entire user journey across 15 touchpoints. Weekly design sprints with rapid prototyping allowed us to validate concepts before full implementation, reducing development risk significantly.

Project Goals
Our primary objectives were to address a 40% drop-off rate during the first week, create a mobile-responsive experience (previously desktop-only), and establish a design token system that could scale across 50+ planned courses.

Design System
Developed a token-based design system with 45 reusable components in Figma, complete with detailed documentation for developers. The system includes accessibility guidelines meeting WCAG 2.1 AA standards and supports both LTR and RTL languages.

Key Features
Implemented a smart recommendation engine using student behavior data, contextual micro-interactions for instant feedback, and a progressive disclosure pattern that reveals complexity only when needed, preventing information overload.
