Bringing MVP Ideas to Life
The client already had an MVP strategy with a list of their ideas to create an innovative app. Our task was to make these ideas concrete, design them, and simplify their use for the end user.
Understanding Our Diverse User Base
For the realization of this project, it was essential to know and understand from the beginning who the main users were: managers who organize, coaches who train, athletes who perform, and fans who support.
Mapping Every Interaction
We compiled a complete user flow for all our user types and how they will interact with the entire product. This complete mapping was crucial before wireframing.
Prioritizing Function Over Form
Before creating the visual concept, we completely created wireframes of the main user flow to focus on functionality and solving user problems without being distracted by the form or color of UI elements.
Building a Cohesive Brand Identity
We used a simple and modern font, Montserrat, chosen for its clarity and readability. Clean and modern colors highlight the main features while remaining consistent with the visual identity. The app icon was created to be simple, clear, and recognizable.
Seamless Experience Across All Devices
From conception to execution, we designed both mobile and desktop versions to ensure the platform works perfectly everywhere and whenever needed.
